After a refreshing break in Mexico with Michele, I’m back and excited to create again! I missed working with the laser, so the first thing I did when we got home was some maintenance to ensure it was running at peak performance.
My first project was cutting fishing rod holders in preparation for the 2025 fishing season. Today, I got them done along with some personalized water bottle engravings for my grandchildren.
With Easter approaching, I wanted to create something special. I explored different designs featuring Jesus and found the perfect piece for reflection during the season. I cut a standalone version for Michele, and she loved it! The intricate details pushed the laser’s capabilities, producing incredibly delicate cuts. Now, I’m planning to upscale the design into a wall art version.
Between working on the laser, prepping the boat, and tackling income taxes, it feels great to be back in Canada!
