Puzzles are made from 1/8″ birch plywood with high resolution photo, laser cut  pieces based on age of puzzle maker.

Example:
270 pcs cut to 1″ for a 15×18″ puzzle
310 pcs cut to 1″ for a 16×20″ puzzle
36 pcs cut @ 1.5″, 42 pieces for a 9×9″ puzzle
